The following is what things were like when we a) had a vicar and b) had no pandemic restrictions.
Our aim is to follow the examples of Jesus, reaching out to the young and the old, the weak and the strong with his love; and to make all our resources available to God for the growth of his Kingdom.
Our Sunday services take place at 10.00 am and 6.30 pm.
On the first Sunday of the month the morning service is informal All Age Worship, with fun activities for young and old alike. On the other Sundays there is sung Holy Communion. Refreshments are served after the service.
For the evening services we hold Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month, a “café church style music led worship on the 4th Sunday and a variety of forms of evening worship on during the year, including Evening Prayer, Taize worship, Songs of Praise and Memorial Services.
There is also a shortened service of Holy Communion each Thursday morning at 9.30am.
Every Friday morning from 9:30 to 11 there is “Messy Tots” click here for more information on the Tots.
The church is open during the day, Monday – Friday, for anyone to ‘pop in’ for a quiet moment of prayer and reflection or just to enjoy our lovely building
It is also open for refreshments on a Saturday morning between 10 am and 12 noon – please join us for a chat!
